Three hardy adventurers - left to right: Thierry Pfau, Dion King, Serge King - line up at the trailhead of the Powerline Trail, located in the Arboretum a few miles west of Wailua, Kauai. Their objective is to reach a power spot known as The Temple of Mu.
The Powerline Trail is also known as the Rainbow Trail because it starts near a stand of Rainbow Eucalyptus, ends near the rainbows of Hanalei, and has a rainbow of clay deposits along its length. The complete story of this adventure can be found at Along The Rainbow Trail to the Temple of Mu.
