Is This a Heiau?

Local lore says that this is the end of a trapezoidal, terraced heiau (Hawaiian temple) right at the highest point of the crater rim. It is terraced, and it is trapezoidal, but the construction is very crude and without more evidence it is hard to say what it was used for.
